We have a range of Current Designs rotomolded Sea Kayaks in stock all year round at our Ketchikan store. Fiberglass and kevlar models can be special ordered. We offer free wrapping and drop at the barge line in Ketchikan for kayaks to ship to towns with barge service in Southeast Alaska. All kayaks are available to test paddle at our Ketchikan store. Vision 135 - available early 2012
The 13'6" Vision 135 is an ideal beginners or day trip kayak and has enough storage for short camping trips. It offers great stability, a roomy cockpit and bow and stern bulkheads at a very reasonable price. Weighing in at about 50lbs, the Vision 135 is lighter than touring rotomolded kayaks, making it easier to transport. For 2011 we have Vision 135 available without a rudder at $1199 or with the optional rudder intsalled for $1399.

Whistler - available early 2012
The stable, easy to paddle Whistler, has a roomy cockpit to accomodate paddlers of a wide range of sizes. At 14'6" the Whistler is highly maneuverable, has bow and stern bulkheads and enough storage capacity for weekend trips. The Whistler is a great kayak for fishing or photography.

Storm - in stock now
The Storm GT is a tough rotomolded touring kayak perfect for Alaskan sea kayaking adventures. The Storm has a rudder for great tracking and excellent stability and great carrying capacity. This is the kayak to buy if you want take your paddling from day trips to extended kayak camping adventures around Southeast Alaska. Price: $1549.

Squall - in stock now
The Squall GTS is a touring sea kayak designed with the same features as the Storm GT but for smaller paddlers and kayakers seeking a narrow, tight fitting kayak. The Squall has a rudder and is fast and maneuverable with excellent carrying capacity for touring. The Squall is a favorite with our kayak guides and is an excellent kayak for women or paddlers under 5'8". Price: $1499.

Double Vision - in stock now
The Double Vision is a small double kayak, ideal for families and as a day trip double. At 16'8" the Double Vision is significantly smaller than large touring doubles which makes the kayak much easier to transport on car racks or boats. The Kayak offers two generously sized keyhole cockpits that allow for easy and stable entry and exit, as well as extended foot room. Lightweight hybrid construction. Price: $2999.
