Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. If you are not ready to book please email or call us toll free 1-800-287-1607 with any questions or concerns. You can check availability by clicking on this link. Our availability is kept up to date and we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
A ticket guarantees your place on one of our trips. If you need to cancel a ticket please contact us well in advance. Cancellations with 14 days prior notice are fully refundable less a $25pp processing or ticket change fee. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice or no shows are non-refundable. Offers/coupons need to be mentioned at the time of booking. Southeast Sea Kayaks highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseeable circumstances that may force you to cancel. Should Southeast Sea Kayaks need to cancel a trip due to unsafe weather your trip will be refunded in full. Rain is not unsafe! While guides will work hard to show you all there is to see we cannot, by its nature, guarantee wildlife sightings.

This form does not charge your card immediately. An invoice/receipt ticket will be emailed to you within 24 hours to confirm a booking. Credit card payments will not be processed if the amount entered is incorrect or a trip is not available, in which case we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

For participants arriving by cruise ship we will meet you 15 minutes prior to trip time at the rain gauge located next to the Ketchikan Visitors Information Bureau right on the cruise ship dock. Look for our van. If you ship is anchoring out please make a concerted effort to be at the front of the line when they start disembarking as the process can take a long time. Please do not wait until the last minute. If you are early, late, or are just confused we have direct dial phone just inside the Visitors Bureau.
